Russell originally hails from Queensland but apparently, that was a long time ago.
Having spent 25+ years in financial services and 20 years as CEO of niche commercial financiers, Russell has long been focussing on the needs of small and mid sized borrowers which have been constantly underserved by the banks during this period.
Not one for tolerating traffic jams, Russell rides a scooter to work from Sydney’s Tamarama beach where his eclectic hobbies include ocean swimming and beekeeping.
Andrew graduated from Sydney University with a BEc (he say’s a very long time ago) and started working in property and business finance, mainly because his parents thought he’d make a terrible Architect.
Having worked with all of the big 4 banks in senior property related roles, these days he much prefers originating new opportunities for Peer Estate.
Andrew who originally hails from Scandinavia and loves to travel to exotic places, lives at Sydney’s Manly Beach, is married to his childhood sweetheart and has 2 adult daughters who still won’t leave home.
He thinks Manly is a much better beach than Bondi.
Justin is an experienced CFO with a 15-year track record in small to mid-sized enterprises, including publicly listed companies and in PE backed privately held businesses. Significant past roles include CFO at Sun Doctors, Laverty Pathology (Public), Pulse Healthcare (Public, CFO/CEO) and Crosby|Textor (Private).
Justin thrives on seeing the energy, potential and flexibility that Peer Estate can deliver to both Investors and Borrowers.
A perennially optimistic Adelaide Crows supporter, usually with plenty of spare time in September.
Greg has over 20 years of banking and finance experience, having worked for NAB in regional Victoria, Melbourne, Sydney and London and subsequently was the Chief Risk Officer of a marketplace (peer-to-peer) lender for nearly 4 years prior to joining the team at PE. Greg is a career lending professional with a breadth of expertise from SME’s to large corporates, financial institutions and property, including over 5 years working on distressed and restructuring situations.
A believer in being decisive and agile in delivery, he enjoys the small team environment at PE and his contribution to a positive borrower experience.
Greg is a fan of the ’80s and pub quizzes (even better if the two are combined !)
Sabrina is an experienced Business Developer with leadership experience and accomplishments across different sectors of the finance industry. She has worked as a lending manager, branch manager and team manager with well-known financial institutions for over 14 years.
An advocate for providing real service with sincerity and integrity, she joined Peer Estate as she appreciates the interactions and environment provided within smaller teams.
Sabrina enjoys reading, watching movies and traveling to exotic tropical locations.
